I am getting alot of people wanting programming and i'm lookiong for someone who is ready to work right away. I'm looking for someone who is affordable and that can do good work. Bellow is a list of requirements i have for all my new programmers.
1. Someone who can finish on time. I sign legal binding contracts with my clients that have due dates for all projects. All projects MUST be finished on or before the project due date. In some situations finishing the work after the due date will be accepted. That's only if after all the work is done and there needs to be some debugging of the finished script.
2. Someone who does good work. Quality is key!
3. Someone who is available for work for a set amount of hours per day.
5. I need someone who will and agree to produce results on projects everyday. I have a work policy that i need to see progress on all projects everyday. If there are more then 2 consecutive days with no progress you will be required to stop all work on project and refund any money given to you on that project. (The reason for this is sometimes i get a programmer who gets lazy and just sits on the project for days or weeks. Since i sign legal contracts with clients that kind of work will not be acceptable.)
If you can meet all of these requirements i can have alot of work for you I basically in a nuttshell need someone who is reliable no flakey people.
