Traceroute looked fabulous from Atl.

Atl -> DC (AT&T, our carrier)
DC -> Atl (Level3)
Atl -> Mia (Epik)

34 ms consistent.

Yes I know, the trace is fast from all the locations i do it from. So i wonder why that person got a slow trace.....
