I would like to know if some customer from europe have normally a legal invoce of Eurovps. We payed a reseller plan and too payed vat 19%

Your payment of 5.95 was received on 11.08.2005, and invoices are mailed at the end of the month via standard postal mail.

If you need an expedited invoice to indicate the 1.13 Euro VAT, we may also send it via TNT, however the cost of such transport is in excess of 25.00 Euros to Spain.

Sorry but it is a error from Eurovps because we payed all the same day (10/08/05)5'95 € + 1'13 euro VAT, then you can send us a correct invoice with all? please if necesary for us, and we dont like pay transport for your error.
We speak with Vasili L and tell us all is ok, we dont understand de situation we try do bussines.

I apologize for this oversight. I have spoken with Vasili and he did tell to me that you paid on 10.08.2005 and not 11.08.2005 as I thought. This was because I posted transaction on the 11th. I will send your invoice tomorrow to your address on file. Also if you have a fax # you can provide it to my email directly and I will fax to you as well.

Sorry but still waiting your invoice.
When I write you a email on 24/8/05 you tell me that " already stated that
invoice has been mailed last week,...." then how long time is necesary to have a invoice from Netherland(Holland) to Spain?
I am going to repeat the question that I did the other day. somebody receives invoices of eurovps with VAT?

You are complaining because your host didn't give you an invoice yet, for $1.00 when you paid them not even a month ago?

I searched through your past posts and you have been breaking everybody's balls trying to get paperwork out of GoDaddy for "tax info numbers" etc, you are not planning your business right if you think that godaddy or euro vps is going to provide you with invoices on your schedule! Companies work their billing the same way every month, you think coming in here and making yourself look silly makes you look like a victim?

Forgive me if I'm not reading it right, but you paid 6 bucks for a reseller plan, they charged you a buck for tax, two weeks ago, you didn't get your invoice yet via mail and you're sitting here posting about it? Jolly me but that seems a little way out don't it?
