I used my current host for 14 days and used up the bandwidth, so on Friday, I asked if there was a 30-day money back guarantee, and I got the response:
Yes, we usually provide 15 day money back offers. We can give you a 30 day
money back guarantee, if you desire on any of our smaller packages.
So, today, I asked them to cancel my account with a refund, and they said they didn't offer refunds or money back guarantees. I showed them that response, and they said:
I am not sure what staff member emailed you, I only work here on the
weekends, yet we do not offer any guarantees or money back offers.
What should I do? I mean, they did say they had a 15-day money back guarantee, so shouldn't they grant it? I plan to email them again on Monday (since that guy only works on the weekends) to see what's up.
