Anybody here with or have been with them? If so could you answer me a few questions...
How is the support from 1-10?
How is there uptime from 1-10?
How is there speed from 1-10?

Support = 9
(10 if they made additional IP requests easier ie we say "need xxx more IPs for xxxx - current ones are used up" then they do it, instead of the current method of filling in some awkward form which makes no sense ;))
Uptime = 10
(100% uptime in the month I have been with them.)
Speed = 10
(Faaaaaaaaast server)

Totally agree with WildWayz:
Support = 9
If they made additional IP requests easierI would give them 10 / 10!
Uptime = 10
100% network uptime all the time, only down time on my server is due to a reboot or software problem, nothing to do with them.
Speed = 10
Fast server.. and network! 1GIG can't be bad :)

That might be that stupid Arin guideline form. Not necessarily eservers I wonder if Arin could make that form any more complicated.

Thats correct, we are working to make it much easier, just need to confirm with them... they do make life hard :bawling:

Rest dont know cos we're still waiting on the one server we ordered from them, but heh they and dv2 are under a lot of strain bet they got loads of orders to handle!

Shazad has been very helpful from day 1. He has spend a lot of time helping us out and answering our questions.
Uptime...: 10
We haven't experienced any downtime with eServers.biz except once for a few minutes and I think only a few servers were affected by this.
Speed....: 10
The speed is 99.5% of the time so fast that sometimes it feels like I'm loading the pages off of my own computer. However, there is one router (before getting to eServers.biz network) that we go through to get to the servers that sometimes gets overloaded (or maybe the problem is something else) and it makes the speed very slow. But I talked to shazad and he contacted the providers and it has been a lot better since then. From what I've understood, the only ones affected by this bad router are our customers in Sweden.
Getting IP addresses is a bit slow or filling out the form is the only thing I dislike.. Everything else is great.
