Has anyone used CCAvenue? What are your experiences and do you get payments on time? Any specific problems that you have faced with them?

CCAvenue have been very good - payments are like clockwork and their backend interface is very comprehensive.

But they treat their customer extremely rude and very unprofessional!

I can only comment on what I've experienced. No issues to report - and above all else - payments have been spot on ... no delays, nothing.

They are from Singapore and their support is from India (I guess). I have experience with Hostgator support so I guess what kinda support it will be :)

Cavalry can you please tell me your experience in details if it is ok with you. I am really very serious in shifting to them.

Moreover can you (cavalry & mitchmagi) please give me url to your websites for me to see it working (if it is ok with you guys)

can someone explain what those $60 per year fee is for?

Some payment processors & Merchant Processing ISO's charge an annual fee. This doesnt particularly have to have a reason.

Some of the additional fees to watch for are:

Annual Fees
High Termination Fees
Application Fees
High Setup Fees

No, I do not think they are from Singapore, they are definitely from India. And I was told that they send checks from Singapore.

There contact us page shows Singapore as well India Office Address, Client list shows major clients from india

First to cavalry , I dont know why and for what reason you said that "They treat their customers very rude and that too unprofessional !!!! .. This is totally ridiculous ... Please explain to me why you said so!!!! I mean any personal greivances :angry: :confused:

CCAvenue has a corporate office located in India , Mumbai and they have a registered office in Singapore..

They have 2 gateways INR and USD..

INR Gateway for the merchants located in India and

USD Gateway for the merchants located outside India

Cheques or wire transfer for the USD Gateway's merchants are to be sent from the Singapore Office

while for the Indian Merchants the cheques are sent from Mumbai Office... Hope this clears all of your confusions...
