Try adding more space too.

The subdomains are a free, real domains are available at standard registration fees. Space can be increased upon customers request (very reasonable rates). There is a limited number of accounts available so the 40gb of transfers offer is only valid for a limited time.

Is your server on a DSL line? That's is what I get when I check the IP of your website (62.190.168.160 -> userga160.dsl.pipex.com) which is hidden behind a frame..
