I've been using elitehosts.com for a while now and have been happy with the service (aside from seemingly more and more frequent downtime)...

At 15:00 CET on April 5th, my site went down. Elitehosts were uncontactable as emails are bouncing back, the elitehosts.com website is not accessible either. I cannot connect through FTP and my mail account is dead. It's now about 00:30 CET on April 7th.

Does anyone know what is going on? Are elitehosts dead?

I have a feeling that I'm going to pack up my databases and code and get another host.

No response from support and my site came back after about 28 hours or so of downtime.

In fact, support emailed me regarding another matter and just seemed to "forget" about the downtime, same as they did when the MySQL servers died for 24 hours about a week ago.
