I don't normally do this but I have to say those are two of the nicest templates I have seen posted here in quite a while. I would buy them both in a second but we are just finishing a redesign. I'm sure you won't have any problem selling these.

oddly enough, it seems that Jonathan is unable to sell template #2.
Just like you I'm only making noise here, we've finished our redesign recently; however I would like to add this: Jonathan, I wish you the best, your obviously are a gifted web designer. However it may be time for you to either give up on the idea of selling the template along with a site, or maybe price it down.
Just my $.02, really, feel free to ignore me ;)
And I would like to say it once more: as a professionnal web host, my advice to the readers is, if you're starting your company, I don't understand why you wouldn't buy the whole package. Obviously you'll really get for your money's worth, and it's a great template that will keep you apart from the crowd. Give some to get some.

cyansmoker, you're right I have been trying to sell it for awhile, and I have come down in the price from $400 to $300, and you'll notice it says I'll consider less. I don't want to go much lower than that, I sold HostBoast.com with the temp and design after a long wait, and if Afternic would quit screwing around I'll also have sold Hosticity.com template and domain.

I guess it's just getting lucky finding the right person at the right time.

This is turning in to quite a bidding war. Remember, there is template 2, if you want you can start the bidding on template 2 with the 2 pages and domain for $200, I'm not sure if either of you would be interested in that, I'm just letting you know because I know both of you want it alot, but obviously only 1 person will beable to get it.

They come with the original files and psd I'm guessing. Are they going to be sliced and ready to go? you won't sell the design to anyone else later will you?

Of course I won't sell the templates again. The files are not .psd's, they're .png's and are best edited with Fireworks 4.
