Anyone has experience installing libgr and libgr-progs RPMs on a RaQ4i?

I can find the downloadable RPMs from RPMFind.net (http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=libgr), but not sure which distribution I should choose, RedHat6.2?
