looking for a web hosting which the best one? for around 9$??

what category? there are a ton of ''best'' web hosts

personaly, i use www.hostculture.com and they are great

i also want the host to have a message board,chat ,shopping cart,guest book.any idea???

What kind of resources do you need (Storage Space, Bandwidth, Databases, etc)

per month ofcourse:) 150-250mb webspace,linux sever,4-6gb bandwidth,sql database,etc....unlimited sub domains,email forwading,auto responser,ssl secure.50-100 email accounts,telnet/ssh,php support,chat,shopping cart,message board,guest book....free setup.

Are you really planning to use all of those features?

If you find someone you might want to post here and ask other people about them, that might save you time in your search for the "best" host.

hey hostculture looks good, i'd go in that direction. :)

The best web host is yourself. :D You're there for you 24/7. If something goes wrong, you'll be there. :) If you break something, you have nobody to blame but yourself. ;) On the other hand, if you want it done right, you gotta do it yourself. :) Then again, if you don't know how to host yourself or don't have what you need to host yourself, then I guess you'll have to go with someone else.

Myacen gives great rates and good support for around $9.95/month. ImHosted has excellent price and they're a lot more features than Myacen will give you. Their support is on right now, if I had the cash I'd go with either.
