How much to upgrade DEDICATED #2 to 2 GB RAM?

I emailed you a breakdown in pricing, as well jdk, the XEON has SCSI drives in there and cannot be mixed with IDE the way it is configured. you could however put a 80GB backup drive in the #2 though.

Do you provide any control panel ?

We provide CPanel for a nominal fee, and you can get actually any Control Panel you want :)
