Do any of you have in mind which host is really fast for the Singapore and Malaysia users?

..that would depend on your local provider. Different ISP's have different routes. For instance SingNet has their routes different then TMNET, etc.

Personally speaking though, if most of your users are local and if speed is of the utmost importance, your best best would be to have the server located within the region. Prices might not be as low as what you might find in the US, but they are almost there.

For *some* reason, my site cannot be hosted in those region. I would care more about Singapore users since 65% of my visitor comes from Singapore.
