did anyone try the diginode VDS service? I am looking for a reseller account. Can VDS Basic able to do it?

I sent them a bunch of questions early yesterday (4/9) and haven't heard a peep from them as of about 36 hours later. Hope that isn't a sign of their support level. Also, did you notice they have no phone contact on their page? It looks like email only. They don't have any technical detail about their plans or network configuration and no FAQ, no terms of service etc.

For what they offer is seems they might be on the too good to be true side. Their 'limited time offer' seems to have been running for a long time. Maybe they will post some answers here or their site. I will be happy to post my set of questions to be answered on this board if anyone else is interested.

I have a VDS with them, I do have some problems but I belive they are specific to the machine I am on. Not somthing that refelects badly on the company...

My only gripe is that I don't think support is 24/7 (bit slow) but they are nice friendly people :)

I also have a VDS Basic with them and it is running fine. I agree with acidHL, their support is a bit slow(about 2 - 6 hours) but they are very helpful.

And Be@rbrick, I think you should try the free trial just to test it out by yourself. Nothing is better than you try it out to see if it is what you are looking for. :)
