Dear all,

I have a bad situations right now, here's the story:

RZ1: space 2GB and bandwith 30GB/month

I have RZ1 package from RZ, I set the reseller domain bandwith limit to 2GB and the others approx to 1-2GB (4 accounts).

Yesterday the reseller domain is "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded of 2GB" (not 30GB) and I couldn't enter my WHM to raise the limit so I wrote an email to RZ CS:
Dear Resellerzoom,

Please help me to make my webhosting online again, my
hostrindo.com was setting to have bandwith about 2GB,
you could change the limit to 5GB

I dont know it's going faster to reach the limit and I
can't enter my WHM to add the bandwith because it's
locked too.

Thanks a lot for your help and I'm waiting the good
news from you.

Hi,
The cost to upgrade your account to the next level would be $20.60
this is the difference in price of the two plans, please let me know if
you accept this charge and we will get you upgraded

What's wrong here  , I just want him to help me to increase my bandwith limit for my reseller domain (hostrindo.com) in my WHM because I can't enter it.

The truth is, I'm not consumed 30GB of monthly bandwith, it's just 2GB for my reseller domain. IMHO it's not an upgrade, because it's not reaching the maximal monthly bandwith, now he said that it cost $20.60.

What's your opinion?

Hi,

Have you tried contacting them 2nd time about this and writing up a more detailed description of this case? Maybe your first ticket/email wasnt too clear, try emailing them again and they should probably fix it for you easily, also try giving them a call in the daytime.

Good luck

Yes I've contacting them for 2nd time, maybe he thought that I want to raise the reseller space from 2GB to 5GB :D

Thanks Hoobastank68 for your replied, it's make me more cooler right now :)

I hope they're already catch the problems and solve it, maybe mods could delete this thread after the problems fixed. Because I dont want to make a bad review about RZ, I like RZ :)

The problems fixed, sorry to RZ because of this thread :)
I was dissapointed about the 1st email, so this thread was made.

Dear moderators, please delete this thread.

Because it's a misunderstanding and was my fault too, I've contacted the wrong division (CS) and it should be to Technical Support.

The CS mistakenly thought that I wanted to upgrade from the RZ-1 to RZ-2 plan.

Thanks a lot.
