Seemd to be offline anyone got any info on them? I have a reseller account and cant access my sites or woolnet.net themselves

Yeah they've been offline for quite a long time by now. Their live AIM support is offline at the moment as well, but last I heard, the cause is a DoS attack...

Derek is a friend of mine and I've been hosting my main front, mjzhosting.net, on his currently downed server for a while, figuring if he hosts his own company's main site on it, that he'll be sure to look after the server with care. **** happens.

I'm sure it will eventually be fixed, Derek is normally pretty reliable. A status report would be nice though, so I hope he finds this thread.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend people signing on with them for long.

My support e-mails have never ever been replied. Unless you want to count the countless "You'll be updated soon" replies.

I've since requested a refund, and same thing. I've sent out my e-mail on the 9th and since then I've gotten like 5-6 "You'll be updated soon" and its now the 16th and I still haven't heard from them at all.

Is there any place I can goto to get my money back?
