I am looking for someone to create a custom template for PHP-Nuke for my site.

It will involve changing the layout, as well as the colors and links.

I have already created a logo and a color scheme, I just need someone to create the template and put it in place.

Looking for someone with professional PHP and HTML experience. I'm looking for someone who will do this for US$150 or less. Also, I need someone with experience working with PHP-Nuke. (A portfolio is a big plus.)
