Hello all,

We are soonly going to launch a hotline service for our custommers, on a fix number (phone).

I am currently looking for a script which would allow our employees to enter what the custommer wanted, how he helped him, etc... and then give a reference number he can give to the custommer.

If anyone can help me...

Regards

You could use Live Person's timpani service or just about any helpdesk out there and create a new ticket per call which assigns a ticket #. If you need something specific and customized then go on and get a coder to program you a custom one.

i think that a basic ticket system would do your company just fine. You can give them a call number and in these calls you can simply add memo`s..

ofcourse your gonna also need a system wich keeps your customers and tracks their calls.

we use supporttrio for this - telephone support creates the tickets, just as if the clients created them or emailled in.

usually the ticket is opened and closed during the same call, but it builds the support history, the client can track the support they're requested and the resolutions, and it helps ultimately build the knowledgebase especially where teh same questions gets asked over and over
