How much disk space and bandwidth do you need? What country do you want the servers to be in? Windows or Linux? Do you need telephone support? Do you have a control panel preference?

For 100 dollars a month budget, you can pretty much go with any host. I would check some hosting directories and do some searches there. I recommend checking out webhostdir.com. Ackoo had to go through a 1 month screening process in order to be approved for listing on their site. You can be assured that the hosts there are of quality. Your requirements arn't anything extreme either.

I've been with vshosting.net for over 2 years now. I've found them to be not only stable but very responsive with support requests. The speeds on their servers are everything I'd expect.
