I am toying with the idea of paying out the winners of my game site with Pre-Paid Debit cards, instead of sending them a check....

Does anyone know of a good one that works 'Worldwide' like prepaidatm.com? But without the $1000.00 application fee?

Any opinions? That way I don't have to deal with my customers when they don't cash their check or loose their check etc... This way I can let a pre-paid debit service do all the work, and I only have to send them 1 check for the whole batch....
