Hello, I am looking for a remote support or helpdesk position.

Familiar with home PC networking, configuration, browsers and popular e-mail clients. I run Win98SE (two machines) and two Win2KPro machines on my home network. I use several different configurations in order to duplicate and solve client problems.

I currently manage/host several sites utilizing cgi-perl scripts as well as some PHP. I am familiar with the set-up and use of several perl scripts, though I am no programmer. I am familiar with Linux/Unix as far as the customer end in concerned.

I do not have years and years of experience, nor any certification. What I have learned is through trial and error, learning on my own network and machines, as well as pratical application managing web sites.

I have taken one position so far, and still have time available. I am also getting familiar with WHM and Cpanel at this time.

I am flexible in what hours I can be available, and willing to work on a "per ticket" basis.
