WOOT! This is the one!!!! These guys are for me! :gthumb:

FINALLY!! After countless search attempts to find a great provider at a great price, I've finally landed on ResellerZoom and couldn't be happier!

I've been with them almost a whole year now and I've had unbelievable support, uptime, and LOADING SPEED!

First off, the first thing that struck me about these guys was their customer service. Now, the last few services I've tried all had pretty good customer service, but these guys went the extra step: when i first created my site they had no problem recreating it and changing it to the user name I wanted, even after they had gone through all the trouble of creating the first one; if I had a file problem, they checked the logs to see which file I was working with recently and knew right away which file to fix; If I had questions about php queries and cgi scripts that weren't normal, they were very knowledgable and gave straight forward, easy to understand answers... and almost always within 10 minutes!

Second of all, their Speed of loading is incredible! My sites load up instantly! And my CMS and eCommerce sites that have lots of queries on the main page don't even phase it, they still load up super fast, faster than any of my previous hosts. This was noticed right away when I was changing domain name servers, I could tell I was on the new host by the loading speed. Even some fellow eCommerce members checking my site for new mods I've made comment on how fast it loads.

Third of all, I've never been down! At least not when I check! My last providers would have ftp problems and site uptime problems at least once a week!! I have not once heard from my clients that they are down.

Overall these guys are top notch, and their packages are totally reasonable and worth it! I pay only $2 more than I did at my last provider for 10X what its worth!

I've even canceled my old eCommerce host and moved over to my reseller account because I was so impressed, I knew I could trust them with my business site.

Great Job ResellerZoom!!!! Thanks for all your help and keep up the good work!:agree:

Hi DssTrainer,

Thanks for the review and I’m glad that you have managed to find a hosting provider who is able to provide you with both the level of customer service and technical support you need.

Looks like the hard part of your journey is over (that's finding a reliable hosting provider) now you can just sit back and enjoy the reliable hosting experience. :D

Do keep us posted with another review in 6 months time or so.

Well written review DssTrainer. Glad to see you happy with your hosting provider.

Third of all, I've never been down! At least not when I check! My last providers would have ftp problems and site uptime problems at least once a week!!While it is reasonably clear that your former providers were under ResellerZoom's level of uptime, your method of checking uptime is hardly accurate. I've been away for a few hours and got notice of a 7 minutes downtime of a site of mine via a monitoring service. The chances are very slim for me to catch such downtimes with "manual checks". ;)

DssTrainer,

It is so refreshing to hear something positive about a host! Slo often all we hear are the negatives. Good luck and keep us posted!

Why would someone make a post (good or bad) about their Hoster but not say what Domain name is hosted with them? ResellerZoom uses ThePlanet.com but the site in the TS's info (zclans.com) is hosted at NAC, why no mention of the good Services provided there?

Although mentioning good/bad Service one gets from their Supplier is a good thing, allowing others to independently verify is icing on the cake. :)

Actually, their new servers are hosted at NAC and the existing servers are being migrated to NAC.

From the forum of Resellerzoom/Hostingzoom:

In an effort to offer you better performance and stability, we will be migrating all existing clients we have hosted at the GNAX data center to a new facility with the NAC data center

Why would someone make a post (good or bad) about their Hoster but not say what Domain name is hosted with them?Sometimes, especially in the Reseller Hosting Forum, it is because resellers don't want on the net any info that can link their reseller hosting provider to their company. :)

In this case though you take a look at the nameservers of his/her site in the profile. A Google search will make it clear that Hostingzoom uses them.

Yes but Im telling the bad. Granted the new host could be down a lot too, just not when I check, but for the other providers to be down when im actively using my sites just twists the rope tighter. I have just put my site on siteuptime.com so we will see how my site really is, but I go on the site the same amount of time everyday (while at work :)), even when it was on the old provider, so chances are the new is much less downtime than my previous providers, at least during the times I need them. But I will post back in the near future with uptime results.
