I just noticed this morning. It looks like they fell of the face of the Earth. Their nameservers are gone too. Anyone know what's up?

I know there was a problem on server4 earlier, but I even spoke with Ronnie on the phone... found out they have changed out hardware components and did a full RAM swap and it's up and running groovy. call it an upgrade, i guess! ;)

My site is running great again, so no worries. I was on Server4 and Ronnie swapped me to S3 at my request. Very impressed with the Customer Service.

Actually, I would have rode things out if I hadn`t just had a horrendous experience with Ezboards image server. I run a messageboard and people start screeching at me if their images are not loading. I`m a bit of a wuss and don`t like being shouted at. :p I panicked, otherwise I`d have been happy to stay on S4.

I`ve been coming to this forum for a while, and have heard some real horror stories, as y`all have. But let`s keep things in perspective. Crap happens, and I don`t believe there is a Host out there who won`t have technical problems at some point. It`s how a Company deals with it that counts.

I for one have got the highest praise for the way AWH handled things, and am a very contented bunny. :D

could not agree with you more. i mean, come ON, how many webhosts actually will do stuff like that, talk to you on the freakin phone, and all the while not be put out by it?

i've had some really crud experiences with hosts, and i did a ton of research before settling at alwayswebhosting, and i'm glad i did--they deserve the praise they are getting and i'm one satisfied monkey.

Thanks all for your praise of our customer support!

It really means a lot to me and Ronnie that we keep our customers happy :)

Server4 put us through hell, we spent upwards of 500 minutes just troubleshooting and trying to find exactly where the problem was. After the RAM swap it seems to running normally again!

Thanks for sticking with us!

(For those of you who dont know, this is Ben. If one of your support tickets hasn't been answered by me, one soon will be, assuming you need help and Ronnie doesn't get to it before me... He's a real speedy on these type of things, I can never figure out how he does it :D)
