Hello,

I would like to know what is the best newsletter manager out there?

I want one that allows me to place a form with first name and email on my site and the user after pressing the submit is automatically redirected to another page. Also it must have auto responder and double opt in!

Topica.com is exactly what I am looking for but it is expensive and absed on their site!

I would like something that could run from my server. I expect to get a lot if signups so I would like a robust script / software

Thanks

1-2-All from Active Campaign: http://www.activecampaign.com/12all/
It simply is the best, top of the top, cream of the crop. Includes link tracking, stats, personalization, batching, you name it. Absolutely outstanding. Price: $97-159 (one-time).

Next, phpList, http://www.phplist.com
It is quite a bit harder to set up (even if you have it through Fantastico) because there are config settings which need to be set manually in a config file. And getting them set "just right" isn't easy, it'll take a little trial and error to get things pointed to the right accounts, etc. Cost: free (GPL)

Finally, Dada Mail, http://www.dadamail.org, does not allow for personalization, and the script author is not willing to code it in. But it is a great package otherwise. People who don't need message personalization (many don't) will be perfectly happy with Dada Mail. Cost: free (GPL).

Hope this helps! :D

Thanks a lot!

So it is worth paying for 1-2-All right?

or for a startup PHP LIST would be better?

Thanks

IMO, 1-2-All is definitely worth the money, especially if you need the level of personalization and stats/link tracking that it has. Those features are unique to 1-2-All and are not available in the other 2 scripts.
