I've organised for someone to make me a custom skin for $110 USD. Is this a fair price? It's not overly complex but his skins seem to be pretty good ...

Also, he is requesting payment via PayPal first - I can understand that as he has obviously been burnt before. But is this normal practise?

Oh well, ... he refunded my money anyway - so no major losses (except the PayPal fee).
