For every potential job I come across I have to go through the dreaded process of drawing up a proposal. It is one of the things that I hate to do most and not to mention very time consuming. Also, if I don’t get the gig, it winds up being a total waste of time altogether. I currently have a few HTML templates that I created and just kind of plug in the numbers and change the info, then I just email the proposal as a HTML document (not as an attachment) to the client. It looks pretty for the client but I need a little more, something with some organization, and maybe goes beyond proposals like keeps track of the clients info and possibly the ability to invoice them as well. I don’t care if it’s ran locally or from my servers though would prefer to be online as I know some software allows for their invoices to be paid online. What do you other designers use or do you know of any software available to help you create proposals for web design?

Studiometry looks very promising, I've downloaded it now and I'm going to take it for a spin.

Studiometry looks nice and is under $100, definately gonne check it out. Basecamp looks nice too but not a fan of the monthly charges. WebRrhino, did Studiometry take long to implement and/or set-up?

Thanks for the insight lbwd. Most designers, like myself, can program - but thats not what I'm looking for.
