Two many better domains available.

I realize that, but the ones listed above I already own and would like to choose one.
Thanks!

ProperConnect has a nice ring to it.

sitemegs.com - cause it's the shortest.

SiteMegs may be the shortest, but I'd go for ProperConnect. :)

But.....

When you can purchase names for Under $9, why use a sub-par name? You are certainly investing far more than that in your site in terms of both money and effort, so don't make a mistake over $9. Now if you really like one of the names you own, that is different.

I agree. You can use one of them if you really like it otherwise you should register another domain which is more focus on web hosting business

if you really want to choose one of them then go with properconnect.com

otherwise I suggest you search for a better domain.

There plenty of them out there.

I agree with Richard. I voted for ProperConnect.com but I think you can do better. If you have trouble finding an available name, just slap Host, Net, or Link at the end and see if it's available. :)

Why does everyone keep saying there are plenty of hosting domains left out there....BS. Anything with "host" in it or whatever has been snatched.

117 Domains with Host in the name deleted within the past 24 hours. I considered 4 of those to be good names....all gone now however. But they become available every day.

And these were all .com. This is without even considering .net or others.

...and I'm not sure a host domain *must* have the word 'host' in it. Fatcow, OLM, etc., don't have the word host in them. Be creative and different and maybe someone won't get it confused with the zillions of other hosts who *do* have 'host' in the domain.

I agree with Chicken...

Tons of companies already have host in their domain names...

How is a prospective client going to remember you, or your company? Go for a unique name. I voted for sitemegs.com because it's kind of quirky.

Good luck with your search... :)

I would try to get a name that does not really sound just like a web host. Try the approach of representing an IT company instead. That frees you a little bit of the dot com image but still does the job. You can put the word "services" to work as an example.

But why are you asking it to people on WHT? It's your business, so you should chose your own name and domain. And not others.

Voted for properconnect.com but, you really should think about the amount of time and effort you are going to put into your new business venture in relation to investing an extra $8.88 for a new "Business Name".

Also, if you don't want a host name, get a short name...one word...or even a three character name. Again, plenty available. I have purchase 7 three character names-no hyphens-over the past week out of about 30 I considered...(price got too high on remainder) and 10 four character. Again, all .com - this is without even going to the .net or others.

Just needed an opinion on what sounded good, etc :)
And I think I will use Sitemegs.
