Hello all,

I'm looking to employ a few people (3 or 4) to write articles and tutorials for a new website development site that I am planning to set up.

The itself is at www.webdevjunkie.com and so far I've only been able to write two articles for the site.

I'm looking to pay people not by word or article by a percentage of what the site makes each month, so between 15-20% depending on how many people write and how much you write. You'll be paid a minimum of 15% of the site's profit plus more if you write more than the other authors, although a minimum of three article's will be required for the site's launch. As the site hasnt launched or been promoted yet it is hard to say how much will be earnt from it, so I cannot guarantee a specific amount.

Anything that you do write must be exclusive to the site and you must agree not to publish it elsewhere without linking back to webdevjunkie.com.

The kind of thing that I'm looking for articles on is anything along the lines of web development, so that covers programming (HTML, PHP, ASP, JavaScript, CSS), search engine optimisation, setting up a webserver, choosing a host, etc etc.

If you think you can do this, please PM me or email james.maskell [at] primehosting.co.uk

Will the income from the site come solely from Google Adsense?

Initially yes, however once the site has grown I aim to independatly sell adspace on the site.
