yes there is, its named Sothink Flash Decompiler (or something like that ).

However, i got questions about the legallity of such tools, but its out there ( www.sothink.com )... However, ya aren't allowed to decompile anything what is not made by you originally. Fail to comply with that you're doing something illegal
