you are in the right path, but a few things I would change

don't make the emboss effect so tick, reduce it to about 5 pixels, it will make it look more professional

change the text in the site to Arial instead of times (unless it's my mozilla)

The text on the graphics, you gave a shadow to the "sign up now for 1 year" maintain consistency, and give the rest of the text the same shadow, but be aware of the fact that in the top where is says "hosting and Design" the shadow on that one id poiting to the weonr direction, make it the same as the rest of the website.

a few tune ups and it will be fine :)

Not too keen on that yellow myself. It's mainly the font though - it's pretty hard to read which reduces my urge to spend time on the site.

Also if you kill off a lot of that embossing and beveling you might be able to reduce the load time of the page to about half. Shading like that is pretty heavy on the file sizing.
