Hi I would like to purchase a domain from either NetFirms/GoDaddy/Namecheap, and I would like to do only one thing with that domain:

I have game servers which have crazy ips which no one would like to remember, 193.85.104.1, etc, so I'd like to have the domain have dns forwarding such as:

cs-server.mydomain.com
or
bf2-server.mydomain.com

Which registrar would allow me to do it exactly like that? subdomain.domain.com ?

Nameservers are provided to your Registrar so they know what Server your Domain name is hosted on. These Nameservers are provided to you by your Hoster, so you must use what they provide.

The only way to change Nameservers is to get a Reseller account that provides you with your own Nameservers.

Or, you could use a third party DNS service such as www.dnsmadeeasy.com, www.zoneedit.com, or www.everydns.net.
