For a very minor job , yes. $20 is max

Maybe you should write here what you need to be done. That way, if someone knows how to do it (even if they're not an EXPERT), they could contact you.

EDIT: I noticed you can only pay through paypal which incidentally we cannot use because paypal is not available in our country. You may want to ask somebody with paypal to pay us through credit card while you pay him/her through paypal.
