Hey all, this is an email i sent, thought it'd be easier to just copy that into here...
Hi,
I was told to send you an email, as this is rediculous what has been happening with me lately...
You see, about 3 months ago i decided to register my domain name with you guys (registerfly) and did so... my account worked for about 3 days, then the problems started:
First, when i logged in it said my account has been suspended, please contact the risk department regarding it.... long story short, i send about 6 emails, with no response... this took over a month.
Finally, i decided to ring up your customer service dept. They couldn't help AT ALL, they said to contact the risk department, only by email. I did so again, no response. So i rang again, and told them what happened. They said they left a note for the risk department to contact me.
Finally an email from the risk department, a very vague and unhelpful email, but an email none the less.
They said i need to fax the a copy of the credit card statement to you. We didn't feel safe sending the credit card statement to you, considering we were CHARGED TWICE for the registering of the domain name.
So i rang up again after no response to further emails, and they said they couldn't help. I just want your company to forget my domain name, i wish to register it elsewhere. How can this be achieved? The customer service dept. said to pay for it, then move it elsewhere. But i can't, its been so long since i registered the domain name, that the credit card i use has been cancelled, and a new number issued.
Please get back to me, no one else has, and this is giving me a real headache.
I was going to register many domain names, but with the current experience of your company, and horrendous customer support, if you could call it that, i won' be.
