I am possibly looking to buy an existing webhosting domain.

Here are my requirements.
It must have been established at least 1 year.
It must have a google PR of 4, 5, or 6.
It must get *some* traffic monthly.
It must be a .COM.

Here are my "like to have's"
easily brandable
possibly that would lend itself to creation of a mascot (or already have one) similar to something like hostgator, hardhat hosting, etc.
again, these are not requirements.

Anybody have something like this for sale?
