Razorblue: We do not offer cPanel. Directadmin is available atr 14Euro pre month
As to VAT we charge it to all individuals in the EU. If you are a company in the EU and supply a vailid VAT number then you only pay the netto amount. We do not charge VAT to entities outside of the EU
