Ideo Networks, a new born hosting and internet developing firm, is looking to contract hire a professional and experienced programmer.
The programmer should have the following qualities:
- PHP (2 Years experience, 3 years and above - a plus)
- MySQL (2 Years experience, 3 years and above - a plus)
- Oracle - An advantage
- Perl (2 Years experience, 3 years and above - a plus)
- Good control of C/C++ - Advantage

A summarization of the contract is as follows:
The programmer will not be paid regulary, and not employed by the hour, but by the project.
The programmer should be ready to accept serious projects regarding PHP and Database backend.
The programmer must only use legal sofware, and acknowledges that every use of illegal software and/or prosecution resulting from that is on his/her sole responsibility.
The programmer will be hired to do projects.
The programmer sets the price for the projects, contacts the client of Ideo Networks, and gets 90% of the fee paid to Ideo Networks on the project.
The programmer will be a part of the partnership at Ideo Networks, and should accept the ability to do team work with other programmers that might be hired.
The programmer can continue to work on his own firm or as a freelancer, but he must accept the projects reffered to him by Ideo Networks as an Ideo Networks employee and as an Ideo Networks employee only.
The clients of the programmer should not be aware he is a freelancer or has his own firm.

We are also willing to hire small teams, as long as all members combined have the abilities specified above.
