Hi guys, I´m interested in applying for a Paypal Website Payments Pro account but I need some info from someone who already use this service.

On the paypal website they inform tha the only info they will need to upgrade your account would be:

1) Sign up for a PayPal Business Account.

2)Verify your information.

3) Apply for Website Payments Pro.

4) Set up Website Payments Pro.

My question is, do they make a credit check at the time you apply for this service?

Do I need a SSN to use this service?

I do have an US address and bank account, is it everything I need?

The application does require your SSN and might involve a credit check.

How about using an EIN instead of a SSN?

No, you cannot use EIN instead of SSN - EIN doesn't carry any credit records

You're basically forced to be a US resident to use this PayPal service.

Its not really for businesses, the SSN ensures personal liability for the chargebacks.
