Our Cisco Powered Network uses ring redundancy and protected optronics to ensure survivability and availability of service. 99.9% network uptime guarantee, if not you are free to request for a full refund of that month's fees.

Yes, we know that $60 is a ridiculously low pricing especially with 20GB of space and 100 GB transfer on Cpanel. However, the fact is that this is primarily Cogent bandwidth (with multihomed backups of course) and we are basically making a very small margin on these accounts. So there is no harm in passing the cost-savings to our customers by offering lower prices! :)

Thank you to everybody who has pre-ordered, we will be adding more servers to cope with new customers.

We've noticed that many people have been asking the following questions...

- Datacenter: The servers are located in a carrier-neutral datacenter in downtown Miami, FL. I will not bore you with the minute details bt on the whole it is a telco grade facility.

- Private Nameservers: Yes, they are included. Therefore you have a total of 3 IPs per account, two for your nameservers and another one more for hosting.

- Payment: We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Paypal.

- Support: We have staff manning a 24/7 helpdesk round the clock. This is a real live human who actually solves problems for you, not just reply with an autoresponder or canned ticket. At any one time there is a minimum of one person manning the helpdesk, if not more.

Hi...

So only 5 people per server.. and each person gets 20 gigs of hd space. So you have 100 gig hard drives in them? Well, that won't work because of the partitions and cache, and /var and the OS, etc. So they have multiple hard drives then? If so, what sizes are the drives?

The drives are 80GB each, we have two per server so its more than enough room to store the 5 accounts plus system files comfortably.

Caleb, have you considered having Support use something like Yahoo Messenger (http://messenger.yahoo.com/)? It's Free, works behind a Firewall, has Text and Voice capabilities, and is a lot less hassle to use than most other IRC's? I use it a lot myself and sure cuts down on long distance bills. :D

BTW, how are we doing on those IP addresses?

Hi Rob,

We may provide limited chat support in future if there are enough resources and manpower to support it. Until then, the best way to get technical support is through our helpdesk. We prefer to do in such a way as it allows better focus on the problem and issue tracking.

The IP address block for the server we are hosting you on has just been assigned by upstream and we're now loading them in. Once that is done, I will have somebody drop you a call in addition to the welcome email.

Good points Caleb, although you may find something like Yahoo Messenger handy for handling "question" calls, which are not the same as a "problem" which would be better served through the ticket system. I say that because I'm sure I'll have "questions" after I'm setup. ;)

BTW, please don't have anyone call before sending an Email to confirm a time. I'm just heading off to bed (if I ever finish reading the WHT Sold thread (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?threadid=42920&perpage=15&pagenumber=1)) and not sure when I'll be up. As for smaller plans, we are currently seriously considering coming out with one that has 10GB of storage and 50GB transfer but cannot confirm the exact specs until at least 5-6 days later when our new servers arrive.

We are no longer setting up new accounts on the old network which you just tested (66.232.5.6) because you're right - the network has slowed down considerably and we are migrating out all servers/services over to our new facility.

All new account signups are placed in the new facility. Here is an IP which you can try to ping/traceroute -> 65.19.139.1
