Customer Service Career Description:

The successful candidate for this job will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. You must be very patient & have the ability to listen and generate appropriate solutions on the fly.
Duties for this position include:
- Handle billing related issues.
- Address pre/post-sales questions.
- Participation in our community forums.
Skills:
- Excellent phone & email manners.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Exceptionally well organized.
- Proficient on a computer.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to easily create & manipulate Word/Excel documents.
Languages:
Fluent in English (written & oral).
Additional languages are a plus (Spanish).
This position is on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). Compensation is dependant on previous customer service experience. The successful candidate will be paid as an independent contractor (IRS 1099 status). Previous experience as a customer service agent in the web hosting industry is a plus.
This position is remote (work from home). You must have your own computer as well as a very reliable high speed / broadband internet connection.

- Monitoring & correct server related issues.
- Provision & tweak new/existing servers.
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks.

- Strong Linux background.
- Experience with cPanel.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware.
- Experience troubleshooting software.
