Well this is my first time actually using any sort of automation software for signup/billing with my company. I picked up a ClientExec license because I had heard generally good comments and I'm always looking to cut costs (their license is much cheaper than others and works perfectly for what I need).

We recently went through a server upgrade which brought about some changes in the configuration where ClientExec was located. I had an issue with certain areas displaying and put in a support ticket. I kid you not that within 3 minutes there was a a tech, Keith, on it. The entire time it took to resolve the ticket was just over 2 hours but this included taking time for my responses and going through a checklist with my provider. We finally locked down the issue and took care of it (a minor upgrade that needed to be made) and things were working.

I was pleasantly suprised by the response time and it was good to know that ClientExec is that fast when you need them. I've been satisfied with the service of the software as well and knowing that good support is behind it makes it that much better.

I know there have been a few complaints posted here about slow support, but every time we have requested support, we have received it in a reasonable amount of time. Keep up the good work.

I've been using CE for a very long time and have never had to wait long for a response and the resolve time has been up to par. The only problem I've had with CE is in regards to their releases; minor or major. I know they have added some developers/staff so maybe this will help them with that issue.

All in all, I agree with CrazyTech that their support is quite good.
