Why such a low bandwith amount?

Bandwidth in Toronto is Expensive therefore we can only offer 500 GB with our packages.

You guys will install cPanel, WHM and Fantastico? And server set up time, also did you receive the RAM yet?

Yes we will install the cPanel/WHM if you choose that option. As for fantastico we do not have the license for it. You will have to buy that on your own. The server setup time is within 24 hours. We can give you 512 at the moment but the RAM order has been placed and it will be here by the end of this week.

Any contracts, requirements, ways to get around the setup fee? Im considering this, however, i don't know if i can afford those fee's becuase i need to purchase some good amount of ip's.

There are no contracts, It is month to month. It is really hard for us to do anything for this server package. However I can offer the following server with 80 GB HDD.
