Hi,
I currently have a reseller special account on nayble, but they have been down since the 26th of July, so I am left with no other option than to look for other alternatives.
My budget is currently $ 14/mo and I am looking for the following specs if possible :
10 GB space or thereabouts
100 GB BW or thereabouts
Other features unlimited like MySQL etc.
Kind Regards.
If you are looking for something reliable, increase your budget or decrease your requirements. With this budget, you'll be looking for a new company next week.
HostGator however, does have a shared plan for that price with those specifications.

If you had a plan like that at the other company that most likely why there server is down. You really can't pay the bills with income like that.
Your better using the search button or goto the offer forum and looking around.

Lev took the words out of my mouth. There are plenty of hosts that can provide you with a reseller account for 14 dollars a month, but not with those specs. And if they can, they will be just like the other one that left you out to dry. It is a fact of the matter.

Shared hosting generally supports higher levels of overselling and thus can be significantly cheaper, so Lev actually had a good idea to go with a shared hosting account. It can work if you're not actually reselling space.
You can even find hosts that will give reseller-like capabilities on their shared hosting plans so that you can enjoy having separated accounts for each of your sites. (I know that I don't fancy the "addon domains" feature much.) Site5 has one such shared hosting plan (but won't allow you to resell from it) and so do some other companies, but I don't have experience with their services so I'll refrain from mentioning names.
they have been down since the 26th of JulyThat's a huge amount of time to wait for a host to make things right. Way past the "gotta leave this place" moment.

Hello There,
Just ask yourself do you need all that space? A quality hosting providor will not be able to provide you with that sorta spec plan for that price, Saying your host has been down since the 26th of July does not surprize me
Good luck with the search, I trust you will make the best decision
