I don't use Helm at all and one of my friends is using it. Well he has ran into a problem and I wonder if anyone has a clue.

He set up a ssl cert and moved the site to its own dedicated ip. Well after he did this he can not remote into Helm no more. The thing I thought he might have done is use the ip Helm uses as the new sites ip. But they are not the same. Helm runs fine but he has to access it threw termanial services. But he needs to be able to give his clients access to thier Helm panel so they can set up thier own emails and see thier stats. Any ideas would be great.

Thank You

Yes - Helm runs on Windows. Can he go to the dedicated IP address that Helm is assigned to in the browser?

I have set up quite a few SSL certs and we use Helm with no problems.

Helm also has a great support forum (http://forums.webhostautomation.com/) as well to search thru. But it sounds more like he changed something accidentally.

Yeah I don't think it has to do with the ssl either. I think he either turned something off or has something set wrong now. I was giving you what he was doing at the time his remote access to Helm stopped working on him. I will point him to the Helm support forum.
