This makes me laugh. Why don't you ever see the real good webhosts mentioned in these lists?. And putting Interland in there please ..... I now know to avoid your site too.

It appears they were all ranked by the highest paying advertiser. Go figure....

Any list that has Interland or ***** even remotely near the list meets my criteria for

'Shredded Toilet Paper on the other side of the World'.

Although these rankings seem to be a bit more accurate (with some hosts making the grade that should be - ValueWeb and OLM amongst them), I'm afraid the rest of the list reeks to me of advertising dollars.

The absence of DigitalNation on the dedicated list would also seem to be an oversight.

I have never heard anything good about interland.
