I've been reviewing the posts on this forum and I haven't seen anything mentioned on perfect webz. I found them searching for a reseller program and it looks pretty good. Does anyone have any experience with them good or bad?

I haven't had any experience with them, but have looked at their site and it seems like they offer a lot more than webhosting. This could be good and bad. Its good for them because they offer a lot more products and services which means more money for them, but bad for you cause you might not get the support you require as a reseller if something hits the roof, i could be wrong. In my opinion you should choose a provider who mainly specializes in webhosting if you are going to be a reseller for them, I have been reading in this forum for a while and there are a bunch of good resellers out there such as Splashhost, VenturesOnline or MCHost. You should do a search on this forum and see what you think.

The problem that I'm running into is with my e-commerce customers. I've looked at the comanies you suggested and I haven't been able to find anything on server side support software for e-commerce. Do you know if any of these support an e-commerce package such as Miva Merchant?

I think VenturesOnline has partnered with Authorize.net and I did see a Miva logo on their sight so they might support it. I would contact their sales department and find out.
