phpAdsNew is a commonly used script for rotating ads. You can find it here: http://phpadsnew.com/two/.

phpAdsNew gets our vote too. You really don't need to look any further... unless you don't have PHP of course.. ;)

phpAdsNew is really great. I use it to display ads on some of my sites. Easy to install and to manage.
