I see. Do what I do, pointlessly yell (and maybe swear) at someone who is in any way related to the problem source. It's an honor to be on their "customers we hate" list. And sometimes, right after you complete the complaining, it comes back up! So it must have done something useful.

DCJN is getting attacked, bascially, that is what the causes are for the latency. Luckly we have enough BW to handle most attacks where you arn't down completely and the Network Engin. are onsite 24/7 to fix these things when it happens.
