Here are some:

1. The car has about 5 inches of standing water on the floors
2. The car smells like mold
3. The car is rusting apart
4. The car can hardly top 40mph
5. The tires are so bald you can see the metal strips inside and the LITTLE remaining rubber is cracking
6. It smells REALLY STRONGLY like sulfer (smell you get when lighting a match) while driving
7. When driving the car JERKS EXTREMELY hard to the right and if you don't hold on TIGHT, the steering wheel will be jerked right out of your hands and you'll turn right off the road
8. Theres no brakes, you need to use the emergency brake if you're on even a slight hill
9. There is no radio
10. There is no A/C
11. The windsheild wipers fastest speed takes about 5 seconds to cross the windsheild (and it rains HEAVY here so you basicly can't drive in the rain... Not to mention if you drive in the rain you acually get rained on inside because the doors have no seal (reason for 5 inches of standing water on the floor and smell of mold

Don't total it...2002s will be collectors some day. I guess it's an automatic,right? (I don't think they released any 6-manual for the last year..)

Yes, Mustangs are great cars. Until on New Years day at 5am a deer jumps out in front of you.Then about 2 weeks later after getting the check from the insurance company you get backed into by some owned of this $1.5 million dollar house. He said "I can pay for it if it isn't to much" The damage was like $300 or more and he is like "Turn it is, I can't afford that" After buying a $1.5 million dollar house bullcrap.

LOL sounds like you have some bad luck :).

Our van was hit and now the entire left side is dented in and the door is messed up, and the person who did it ran :P (Twice that's happened to us now).

I know someone with one of those, though it's not quite in the same condition as that one. :) He's come close to writing it off twice now (rolled it once). It's in a continual state of mismatched body parts as he rebuilds it each time.

My fiancee has an addicition to 67 Mustangs. I saw a stunning original condition one a few years back for sale on the side of the road for $7000(US). Very nice.

Personally if I had the choice I'd go for an Audi TT http://www.audi-tt.org/
