Anyone else having major issues with VO right now?

Any word on what is wrong and a eta on the resolve?

I think so. I can't login to my FTP right now. Not sure what is going on.

We are currently experiencing latency and packet loss from one of our providers (Yipes). It appears to be on the other side of their network. Our engineers are working with them closely to resolve the problem

Update: The Network problem has been temporarily resolved. One of Yipes core switches in Denver was experiencing problems and they rerouted around it through their other router. There will be an emergency maintenance to reboot both of their routers. They have not yet provided the time for the maintenance, but we will post it as soon as we hear from them.

Update: Yipes has scheduled an emergency maintenance to reboot their routers at midnight Mountain Time (700 GMT) tonight. There may be increased latency and short loss of connection for approximately 5 minutes during the maintenance
