A new coming hosting firm is looking to contract hire an experienced and professional web designer or small web designing firm.
We are interested in offering professional design services to our potential clients.
This is a quick-brief of the contract details:
The designer should represent Ideo Networks and Ideo Networks solely.
The designer/s can still have his own designing firm, or working for another firm, but when he is working for us and talking with our clients he should consider himself as our worker and our worker only. He should not reffer to his desgining company, his design website or anything of that sort. He can have that, but our clients should not be aware of that.
All designs the designer makes for our clients will be either copyrighted to Ideo Networks or the Client, and not to the designer.
The designer should be experienced, have a good portfolio and willing to work as a part time designer for Ideo Networks.
The designer will not be paid regulary.
Each project we get and we give the designer/designing firm to do, the designer/designing firm price according to their abilities and assumptions, and paid 90% (negotiable) of the profit made from the project.
When the designer contacts the client, he should speak as an Ideo Networks worker and not as a sole designer or a designer of another designing firm.
The designer/desinging firm, while hired by Ideo Networks, can still, seperately, continue with their own designing firm and do projects and jobs for clients they get on their own or clients that they do not get through us (Ideo Networks).
One thing I want to make clear is the designer/designing firm should only have legal designing products.
The contract will specify that incase of use of pirate software or prosecution resulted from that should be on the sole responsibility of the hired designer/designing firm.
If interested, please either e-mail: EyalP@IdeoNetworks.com , or PM.
Please, DO NOT post a reply here. This is for obvious reasons similiar to the ones I stated above.
I repeat, the designer/designing firm must be very experienced (at least 2-3 years of intesne work in the webdesign), must only use legal software, must have the ability to accept serious projects and must already have a varied portfolio of his/their work.
Price is not an object, even if the web designer/web designing firm is expensive, if we see that they have reason to be expensive (meaning their work is of very high quality) we would still consider using their services.
I see this offer as a great opportunity to both Ideo Networks and the chosen Designer/Designing Firm.
Sincerely,
Eyal Peer
